Responsibilities & Context
Supervise and monitor daily SS pipe production operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing.
Ensure production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Operate and optimize SS pipe manufacturing processes, including tube forming, welding, sizing, polishing, and finishing.
Monitor machinery performance, minimize production downtime, and reduce material wastage.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, workplace safety, and production procedures.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
Prepare daily production reports and recommend process improvements.
