Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors' schedules, appointments, diagnostic services and other patient-related queries.

Receive patient calls, schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.

Respond to patients' inquiries, complaints and service-related issues with patience and professionalism.

Follow the company's prescribed call-handling scripts and service protocols.

Maintain updated knowledge of hospital services, policies, doctors' information and frequently asked questions.

Ensure proper follow-up with patients whenever necessary.

Maintain accurate records of calls, patient inquiries, appointments and feedback.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports and performance updates.

Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.

Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a high standard of customer service.
