Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditure; analyze variances ; initiate corrective action.
∎ Ensure availability of materials and services by approving contracts maintaining inventories.
∎ Secure materials by implementing security systems and measures.
∎ Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
∎ Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
∎ Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
∎ Ensure standards for quality, customers service and health and safety are met.
∎ Respond to customers complaints and comments.
∎ Maintain to ensure receiving ,storing and supply raw materials independently.
∎ Maintain perform physical inventory daily/ monthly to verify stock.
∎ Maintain to ensure proper documentation in ledger of the materials.
∎ Maintain to generate various reports as required by the management.
∎ Maintain supervisor and scheduling the activities of the employees of store department.
