Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verification of Branch Voucher.
∎ Check & Report of Product Rate.
∎ Branch office visit & prepare closing report of Branch.
∎ Check travel allowance compliance with policy.
∎ Checking daily cash book.
∎ Check utility bill, house rent of HUB & all branch office.
∎ All kind of purchase voucher
∎ Adjustment of Advance (Transport department, Operation department)
∎ Petty cash Adjustment (Branch & HUB Department)
∎ Travel Expense of Employee
∎ Lost/ Damage of Courier Shipment compensation audit.
∎ Spare parts of vehicle store verifications.
∎ Physically monitoring fueling section & prepare report.
∎ Store Counting (spare parts)
∎ Repairing & maintenance bill audit
∎ Vendor verifications of different purchase
∎ Local trip & district trip allowance checking
∎ CN Checking with CMS software.
∎ Checking Monthly Salary sheet, Final Settlement.
∎ Conduct special audit as per Management requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
