Amin Corporation is one of the Largest & Reupdated Organization in Aluminum Foil Printing & Packaging Industries in Bangladesh. For the Vacant position, we are searching for the qualified candidate.
Job Context:
Are you a results-oriented Sales persons with a passion for driving revenue growth in the dynamic Printing & Packaging Industries? We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Executive / Sr. Executive Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Coordinate and oversee the successful execution of the new project and adherence to project goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying business opportunities and driving customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and supplier teams to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and provide feedback for product improvements and new product development.
Analyze market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly to maximize market share and stay ahead of the competition.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products, enhance brand awareness, and develop new business opportunities.
Provide day to day marketing and sales report to the management.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer`s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
