∎ Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or any other subject in Commerce group from any reputed university is preferred
∎ Qualification from any professional accounting body (CA, CMA or any other internationally recognized degree partly/fully) would be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Performance Reporting and Analysis - Providing financial information and analysis of all business divisions
∎ Financial Planning and Analysis - Provide the data and support to unit head to prepare the financial plan, monitor the position of budgeted achievement, to make plan for special projects and strategic initiatives and also to support the management
∎ Budgeting and Forecasting - provide support to prepare the annual budget within the dedicated time
∎ Cost Allocation - Prepare the Cost report to measure the business performance in most effective ways
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis - Prepare the reports and analyze those to support in review of cost benefit analysis of all new projects/campaign/products/new initiatives
∎ Business performance and payout review - Prepare the monthly performance of all business/sales/recovery team in line with set target and vetting the payout of incentive
∎ Annual report - Provide information and communicate with other division within the bank for timely preparation of annual report of the bank in line with the regulatory requirements
∎ Project Management, Process Improvement, Process Transformation
