· Sinotech seeks an ambitious, energetic, and efficient Assistant Manager/Manager, Business Development, to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and defining a clear scope for expanding business.
· Age 28 to 35 years
· Visit corporate organizations and retail shops in view to build professional relationship and secure order from them.
· Effectively communicate with clients, dealers, retailers via telephone, face-to-face and written communication.
· Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
· Explore new markets & network expansion to contribute in sales increase.
· Continuously visit & convince retailers to manage sales of product and to promote different products.
· Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and diplomacy, using good judgment, discretion and professionalism.
· Ability to work under pressure & to deadlines - Self-motivated, independently and as a team.
· Work with month-to-month sales target and become example for others to follow as a successful target achiever.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Must be prepared to work under pressure.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management time to time

· Conducting in-depth market research, networking, sales strategy, and negotiation to ensure long-term revenue and market presence.
· Conduct competitor analysis to spot gaps and emerging trends.
· Explore new markets, industries, and partnerships aligned with company goals.
· Develop pipelines of potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital tools.
· Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
