Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, International Business
∎ MBA in Marketing background will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in English

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Technical Sales/ IT Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing and executing strategies/ sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales target to drive business in new and existing markets
∎ Make research on customers, current market conditions & competitor information and able to perform cost-benefit analysis
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/ clients relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Maintain smooth & prompt communication with clients, parties, customers over mobile/ email communications and manage their feedback, queries & complaints to retain existing business and increase sales volume
∎ Maintain excellent contacts in BTRC, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and ICT, Bangladesh Computer Council, Ministry of Commerce, Register of Joint Stock Companies and Firms etc.
∎ Able to search for new clients/projects for prospective business with IT/ITES Enabled Services
∎ Visit Corporate Customers, Government offices, NGOs and preparing offer letter/quotation, follow-up clients, and close the deal. Have existing contacts in Govt. offices, private and NGO institutes
∎ Responsible for participating in the major Government and Private Tender or Bidding invitation and take necessary steps for the successful submission and follow-up
∎ Maintain a good system/ database to keep the client's details for future reference
∎ Prepare Weekly & Monthly report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Acute attention to detail
∎ Excellent communicating in English & Bangla, verbally and in writing
∎ Good Power Point and Excel skills
∎ Strong time-management skills
∎ Highly motivated and target driven
∎ Able to leverage network access through respective alumni association and various corporate houses
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
∎ Proven ability to make good decisions in a fast moving environment
∎ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive package depending on the experience & capability of the candidate.
