Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute overall operations of Institutional Sales to ensure achievement of long-term and short-term goals set by the company.
∎ Co-ordinate the activities of Institutional Sales Team to ensure timely completion of assigned job.
∎ Communicate with various institutions after receiving information from market and institutions itself for effective institutional business.
∎ Work with team and coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Distribution, Supply chain internally as well as with the client companies.
∎ Visit and business sourcing of Pharmaceutical Companies, Private Hospitals and all other Institutions.
∎ Effectively build strong network & positive relationships with potential customer.
∎ Work as a part of team to achieve the given target and need to develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
∎ Implement company sales policy to achieve the sales target through institutional sales.
∎ Ensure sales meeting in each month with team members to evaluate the performance in terms of value and product and also provide guidelines for future development.
∎ Prepare Yearly Budget and Promotional Budget through study, analysis of previous budget, discussion etc. to achieve company objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 04 to 08 year(s) experience in Pharmaceuticals/Medical Devices industry under Sales/ Marketing/ Institutional Business Department
∎ Adequate knowledge about Bangladesh Pharmaceutical Market and its growth Trend
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, energetic and goal oriented
∎ Good team player, well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
∎ Relevant computer literacy
