Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of yearly assigned revenue target for the region through channel sales partners.
∎ Acquire very strong knowledge on the products those marketed by channel sales partners in assigned region.
∎ Regular product knowledge sharing with the channel partner sales team & make them efficient & knowledgeable about the products.
∎ Looking after the channel sales partner’s business operation to develop their business in assigned region.
∎ Proper implementation execute & monitor the channel business development initiatives of the company through channel sales partner’s in assigned region.
∎ Provide guidance & proper hands on training to develop a strong channel partner sales team.
∎ Regular visit to the end customers with the channel partner sales team to identify the potential customer needs, build relationship & to generate sales call within the assigned region.
∎ Implementation & follow up the contact management process for channel partner’s sales team.
∎ Track & monitor that compliance of the channel modality function performing properly by channel sales partners.
