Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Petroleum and Mining Engineering,Chemical Engineering, Geoscience
∎ Bangladesh university of engineering and technology(BUET), Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology(RUET),Khulna university of engineering & technology(KUET),Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology(CUET),Shahjalal University of Science and Technology(SUST) will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Principal Communication, Sales & Marketing, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in business for Oil & Gas sector / Petro Bangla Business.
∎ Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans. Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives for both products & services.
∎ Foreign Principal Communication, Build strong relation, Prepare agreement and sourcing opportunity.
∎ To coordinate, prepare documents in relation to International tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
∎ Regular KOL visit and set up meeting with potential Clients. Conduct market research to identify target customer and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
∎ Responsible for sales team building, sales target achievement through the team's monitoring and sets performance goals accordingly.
∎ Builds and Maintain a department structure, operating standard and ensure the right people at right place and adaptable to evolving business needs.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in Industrial Equipment market.
∎ Market assessments, sales trends analysis and product and sales movements to ensure development of a robust business plan and its implementation.
∎ Required to submit reports to the MD/CEO and also discuss in any kind of business promotional cost/financial disbursement for achieving the goal.
∎ Make report on sales, forecast, product base market position, new product introduce and how to increase market in a position.
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
