Educational Requirements:
∎ M.B.A in Marketing from a reputed University
∎ Or Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ The applicants should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ To deal with clients and provide them project information over the telephone.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in ERP.
∎ Responsible for dealing with In-house client.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
∎ To visit the apartment with the client for their quires and satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for attending Site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare the deed of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ To share ideas about how to improve sales with the group leader and other colleagues.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Team Leader

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate
∎ Clear conceptions about the areas of Dhaka
∎ Motor cycle driving with license
∎ The candidate should have the overall knowledge of the real estate sector including sales, marketing etc.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office.

Salary: Negotiable
