Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from public Engineering University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully control project plan by reviewing design, specifications and master schedule.
∎ Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
∎ Consult with architects and consultants regarding project design, construction works and work directly under Top Management.
∎ Prepare project status report periodically by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and recommending action based on that.
∎ Check and ensure that the construction works is carried out as per design and drawings.
∎ Ensuring safety of life and equipment at site level according to company safety regulations.
∎ Direct and co-ordinate administrative activities at site level.
∎ Prepare staff works schedule and assign specific Job.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Should have clear knowledge on structural design of Foundation,
∎ RCC & Steel Structure.
∎ Good hand in Auto CAD, MS Project, MS Excel.
∎ Good communication Skill by Bengali & English
