Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on full Fare face Building.
∎ Experienced should be on three/more basement Foundation- high rise building.
∎ Strong knowledge on shutter re sizing works.
∎ Project planning, BOQ, costing, estimating & bill checking, supervise & monitoring the project for professional feedback.
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification.
∎ To oversee the Construction work of his assigned Project (s) in day to day basis.
∎ To follow the Construction schedule & provide daily Progress report upon daily activities.
∎ Check the bills of qualities submitted by the contractors.
∎ To ensure quality construction works.
∎ To ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct & safety measures.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ To ensure the total construction within approved budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 to 20 years practical experience on all sorts of construction works like multi-level building for residential, commercial or any other, earth work, pile works etc.
∎ Any other as assigned by the Authority.
∎ At least 3 basements and minimum 3/4 projects handover with finishing work experience.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Amount is negotiable for suitable candidate.
