∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure individual and corporate sales of Cement, Ready Mix and stone.
∎ Credit recovery plan of product sold and maintain good relation with customer.
∎ Achieve growth and hit Building materials sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Continuously follow-up on team, regarding their Sales Target, Targets achievement & collection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Purchase & Sale: Cement, Ready Mix & Stone.
∎ Minimum 5 year(s) experience on Trading Business ( Building Materials)
Salary: Negotiable
