Faith Holdings Ltd, a growing real estate company specializing in land share apartment projects, is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive sales operations, lead marketing initiatives and accelerate business growth through effective client engagement and team leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead and monitor sales & marketing activities to achieve business targets

* Develop and execute sales strategies

* Conduct client meetings, project presentations and negotiations

* Supervise and guide the sales team for better performance

* Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management

* Coordinate promotional and marketing activities to increase project visibility

* Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the sales process
