Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
∎ Prepare a potential customer list and conduct regular visits to different locations.
∎ Visit construction site, prepare quotations and submit to the client
∎ Build networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers
∎ Communicate with target audiences, Govt. departments and private sectors
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and develop relationship with customers
∎ Prepare monthly reports, supervise and monitor the team activities
∎ Conduct sales planning and implementation
∎ Coordinate with brand manager in developing dealer market and budget
∎ Conduct market research regularly and provide feedback to supervisors
∎ Maintain detailed sales reports and report to head of the department
∎ Analysis market to identify market demand and as well as find the scope of business
∎ Ability to manage & inspire the team members.
∎ Any task assigned by Management
