Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
client handling, Excellent communication skill, interior finishing, Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, Time Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dynamic, passionate and high energy to lead the total Sales & Marketing activities
∎ Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution,
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organisation.
∎ Development new clients and Build positive working relationship with existing clients, for repeat business & generate new inquiry.
∎ Follow up sales activities with clients and potential customers, Chase and analyse the reason for failure to turn an enquiry into a new
∎ High level of professional integrity, should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Creating market opportunity Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, Manage Door to Door visit specially in corporate level.
∎ Regular market visits to capture competition information to plan ahead of the competition
∎ To analyse the Market for taking competitive advantage and chalk out plan to get maximum sales
∎ Planning and Forecasting of sales activities to develop the business-in consultation with top management.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management
∎ Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to Speak in Fluent English
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ An analytical approach to work
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 70000 (Monthly)
