Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor of Business Administration (MBA/BBA) in Marketing.
∎ MBA/BBA in Marketing or Hotel Management from Dhaka University or any reputed University.
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Accountability, Adaptability, Advertising & Promotion, Analytical Skills, Brand Planning / Development, Business Analysis.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create new sales in the various corporate groups, offices in different places of Bangladesh.
∎ Creating new customers is the prime responsibility of the post.
∎ By visiting the areas which are assigned by the Head of the Department (HOD) - sales and top management in order to create new customers.
∎ Achieve monthly targets (important).
∎ Capacity to assess the customer needs, what he/she actually wants and start the negotiation process accordingly and finalize the deal under consultation with HOD - sales.
∎ Update the call monitoring register every day with the signature of the HOD - sales.
∎ Prepare and maintain a customer/clients list and contact with clients and find out the new prospects for the company.
∎ Prepare a list of prospective customers/clients on the basis of location or professional segments with all particulars and contact number, meet and influence them to buy our product under consultation with HOD -sales.
∎ Make a route chart for every day on the previous day and get the same approved by HOD, sales before proceeding for sales call. Any change in the route chart also has to be approved.
∎ To cooperate in the departmental work under the direction of HOD so that the overall goals & objectives of the department and organization are achieved.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hotel background is a must
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Development, Customer relationship, Hospitality Management, Sales Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Motel, Resort.
∎ Must have at least 3 years' experience as in a similar position of any 5 star hotel in Bangladesh or abroad.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ To be determined on the basis of experience and business securing capability.
