∎ However, this doesn’t happen without some awesome people making it happen. As of that, we are looking for an Assistant Manager, Rider Recruitment to work in our Bangladesh team. You will be responsible for overseeing the compliance processes for all active and new riders, leading to a better experience for our customers through more efficient logistics.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up with recruiters and ensure recruiters are reaching every applicant lead.
∎ Create and utilize new recruitment channels.
∎ Tracking a central sheet of hiring and converting the hired leads to activated riders.
∎ Ensure Activation Of newly hired leads & follow-up lower activation zones.
∎ Weekly follow-up of non-activated riders and converting them to activated riders.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of onboarded riders & conduct documentation audits on a regular basis.
∎ Conduct regular audits of fingerprints/contract signing to minimize fraudulent activities.
∎ Ensure engagement meetings and training for fleet teams and riders through rider recruiters.
∎ Churned Riders Data Update And Follow-up campaigns.
∎ Monitor rider Recruiters’ Performance and do the necessary coaching and mentoring.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ You will need to excellent communication skills in Bengali and have negotiation/sales skills.
∎ Work experience as a Recruiter or Sales/ Tele Sales/ Good Customer Service Experience.
∎ Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
∎ This role will be based in one of the larger cities outside of Dhaka (Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, or Sylhet).
∎ There will be some travel requirements for this role.
