Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and appoint new dealers in strategic locations within Dhaka. Maintain strong relationships with existing trade partners to ensure continuous product availability.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets. Take full responsibility for Taka Collection and credit management from dealers/distributors, ensuring zero bad debt.
Supervise, monitor, and train the field sales force (SRs).
Monitor dealer outlets to ensure company assets (Freezers) are utilized correctly and product quality is maintained via proper cold chain adherence.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports, stock analysis, and collection updates to the Operation Manager
