Job Context:
∎ Balishira Resort is a privately owned unique luxury resort located in the heart of nature & close to Sreemangal, Moulvibazar. The Resort is looking for a young R&F Manager (25-30 years old) who will lead & Responsible for the whole Front Desk & Reservation Operations, that is needed to be done exactly for best customer experience of our GUESTS.
∎ PROBATIONARY PERIODS: 06 MONTHS
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking Care of Guest queries those are appeared through emails, social media/messenger, texts, calls (Online/Offline).
∎ Having knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure/policies of the Resort & abide accordingly.
∎ On Floor Early Morning Briefing & energize reservation Team allocating daily tasks individually.
∎ Review of daily reservation status, booked status, checked in and checked out Status.
∎ Leading, Monitoring, Evaluating & Developing Reservation & Front Desk Staffs/Subordinates accordingly.
∎ Monitoring, Taking care and coordinating group reservations activity with corporate clients/Other Stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
