Job Context:
∎ Real Estate Products (Residential and Commercial) Sales Achievement as per Given Target (Monthly / Quarterly /Annually).
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager who has reputed proven Experience in the area of Real Estate Sales.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities;
∎ Regular basis Market visit and attending the meeting with potential clients;
∎ Work in the Sales & Marketing team as an active member and maintain individual visits to clients;
∎ Ensure team sales activities and achieve company sales target by monthly/quarterly/ Yearly;
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities;
∎ To visit projects with clients and do sales meetings on the satisfactions;
∎ Build and maintain a productive and cooperative relationship with Clients;
∎ Manage & Maintain CRM and Prepare and present regular reports to sales and marketing Head.
