Skills Required: Business/ Product Development,Market Research,Quality Assurance/ Quality Control,Reporting and Documentation,Research and Development

Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 25 years

• Sound knowledge in production, Quality Assurance and process.

• Good at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.

• Willing to Work under pressure.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Product Research & Innovation:

• Conduct research to develop new products or improve existing ones.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify innovation opportunities.

2. Experimental Design & Testing:

• Design and conduct experiments, trials, or prototypes.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data for performance, safety, and compliance.

3. Process Development:

• Optimize production or manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with production teams to implement new processes or technologies.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare detailed technical reports, research papers, and progress summaries.

• Maintain accurate records of all R&D activities, formulations, and test results.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all R&D activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.

• Work with QA/QC teams to meet product quality specifications and regulatory requirements.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate with departments such as production, marketing, quality, and supply chain to align R&D efforts with business needs.

• Support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.

7. Product Testing & Validation:

• Conduct stability studies, shelf-life testing, and product validation as per regulatory or market requirements.

• Recommend changes based on test results and feedback.

8. Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor technological advancements in the field.

• Suggest innovations or upgrades in existing product lines and R&D methodologies.
