So A-ri Aesthetics & Beauty is seeking a detail-orientated Assistant Manager (Quality Control / Quality Assurance) to support the Center Manager and uphold the highest standards of service, hygiene, and client care at our premium aesthetics & beauty clinic.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: 24,000 – 26,000 BDT

  • Monthly performance bonus tied to service quality & client satisfaction

Key Focus Areas

  • Client feedback & overall service quality

  • Hygiene, safety & strict SOP compliance

  • Staff discipline, professionalism & attendance

  • Inventory & store management (stock usage, order tracking, documentation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily service quality across all beauty & aesthetics departments

  • Ensure adherence to hygiene protocols, disinfection schedules & safety standards

  • Track staff attendance, punctuality, grooming & client-handling conduct

  • Supervise store and inventory operations — product usage, reorder levels, supplier coordination, and proper stock documentation

  • Prepare daily and weekly inventory and QC reports for management

  • Address client feedback promptly and escalate quality issues where needed

  • Support staff training and motivation to deliver international-standard service

  • Maintain organized records of QC checklists, product logs, and staff discipline reports

Requirements

  • Previous experience in salon, aesthetics operations, or supervisory role preferred

  • Strong sense of responsibility toward quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction

  • Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills

  • Knowledge of store & inventory management (basic Excel/reporting proficiency preferred)

  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure
