Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree / MBA major in Accounting or Finance from any reputed universities
∎ CA (inter) or equivalent.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Prince2PMS Certification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project feasibility analysis and decision making.
∎ Overseeing projects relating to cash flow, financial reporting ,revenue and expenses.
∎ Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to keep project's budget on time.
∎ Align with all stakeholders of the project to creating and managing forecasts and budgets for various.
∎ Establishing appropriate internal controls and project governance.
∎ Establishing appropriate process flow of project operation.
∎ Implementing change management strategies, ensuring stakeholders and teams are trained and adjusted to the new process.
∎ Ensure working capital management for successful the project.
∎ Analyzing project expenses and providing commentary.
∎ Business partnering with non-finance managers to develop processes and understanding of financial requirements.
∎ Developing financial systems along with IT support to make processes more user friendly.
∎ Report on project profitability to management committee.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Candidate with at least five years of work experience in different areas and 3 years of experience in project management.
∎ Combining strong knowledge of finance and accounting with project management experience and project feasibility analysis.
∎ Financial project managers are excellent parallel taskers with strong organizational and analytical skills and good attention to detail.
∎ Critical thinking, adaptability and time management.
∎ Industry knowledge (Cement, Ready-mix, Poly fiber, Shipping Line, consumer commodity, IT and other business)
∎ Planning and project management skills.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication.
∎ Ability to build strong relationships.
∎ Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
∎ Job Location : Dhaka & New project area (outside Dhaka)
