Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain full procurement cycle for commercial purchase related to Technology/Admin PR assigned as per company policy considering the following steps but not limited to:
∎ a. Analyze PR & related notes of approvals and verify specifications
∎ b. Prepare RFQ/RFP & QES against each RFQ
∎ c. Verify quotations & negotiate price/delivery lead time/payment terms
∎ d. Create system-based purchase orders & follow up on-time delivery of goods & services and it's quality.
∎ Assist Head of Supply Chain as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise in Microsoft Office- Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
