Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence (External/Internal).
∎ Preparing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
∎ Reminding/follow up the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Minute general meetings as required and carrying out research/analysis for a particular project.
∎ Managing schedules, databases and filing systems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Discretion and trustworthiness: often this position will be the party of confidential information.
∎ Flexibility, adaptability & time management skill.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills.
∎ Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
