Job Responsibilities:
∎ Startup operations, planning, strategy, and project execution.
∎ Logistics software implementation and developing existing software solutions (Transport management system, fleet management system, workshop management system).
∎ Planning, designing, and implementing logistics automation and R&D Project providing support and insight into significant logistical changes (Automated loading/unloading, warehousing, material movement, inbound & outbound logistics with shipping line, C&F, Customer & Driver)
∎ Developing strategic logistics plans and assessing logistics performance, Aligning processes, resource-planning, and achieving logistical goals (KPI: Trip Performance, Load Carriage, 3PL & 4PL, Contribution, etc.)
∎ Educate and train subordinates in making effective decisions through a data-driven decision-making process.
∎ Planning for national logistics network expansion and enhancing distribution methodology.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
