Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare examine and analyse bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounts records, financial statements, inventory management and others financial report to assess accuracy, completeness and procedural standards.
∎ Develop, maintain and analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted cost to actual costs.
∎ Handling Company Tax and VAT related papers.
∎ Keeping track, creating bill challan, gate pass, product receive documents
∎ Tracking Day to day transactions, Petty cash etc.
∎ Entry and physical evidence preservation and document entry in software.
∎ Expert in Accounts Software - Tally, MS Excel. etc.
∎ Responsible to prepare vouchers and maintain supporting documents properly.
∎ Responsible to check all sorts of bills of suppliers.
∎ Good knowledge in preparing LC/TT/CAD and prepare necessary documents.
∎ Monthly accounts Reconciliation with updated report.
∎ Creating Monthly Financial report and forming financial strategy.
∎ Cash and Bill collection.

∎ Age 27 to 38 years
