Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives in the modern trade and institutional sales segments (Biscuits, Cookies, Cake, Bread & Bun)
∎ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with stockholders also understand customer requirements, negotiate contracts, and address any concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient execution of sales plans and activities.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales data, track market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, supply chain, and finance, to streamline processes and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
∎ Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

∎ Candidate must have 2 years experienced in Bakery.
