Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit corporate organizations and mega shops in view to build professional relationship and secure order from them.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify potential clients, and generate leads. Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Provide support in negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
∎ Regular focus on achieving business targets from Pharmaceuticals, HORECA, E-Commerce, different corporate house etc. and develop new business opportunities.
∎ Strongly supervising and guiding the Brand Promoter and Sales Officers to motivate them to achieve sales targets.
∎ Follow-up Delivery schedule with the factory and satisfy the customers accordingly.
∎ Monitoring the performance of every team member on daily basis and keeping record.
∎ Keeping SKU wise, party wise and area wise sales records.
∎ Ensuring on time collection from all the clients as per plans.
∎ Maintain proper merchandising of products as per brand guidelines.
∎ Identifying opportunities and strategies and assist brand and marketing team to increase sales.
∎ Ensuring that the outlets are adequately stocked with company products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Skin Care Product or FMCG Sales & Marketing.
∎ Highly experienced candidates will be given preference.
∎ Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
