Responsibilities & Context:
Nawar Properties Ltd. is a reputed Real Estate Company located in Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka, is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of Assistant Manager (Marketing & Sales)
Capable to achieving Monthly Sales target.
Set, monitor and report on team goals.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing dept.
Prepare and execute necessary trade marketing, promotions, offers and engagement activities to ensure product sales.
Ensure qualified leads, call center actions & proper data management.
Actively participate in the sales team to promote the program.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and analyze performance metrics.
Daily market visit, potential client hunting & meeting with them.
Any other task assigned by the management.
