• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Thorough understanding of market developments.

• Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices.

• Excellent skill on MS office suits.

Nawar Properties Ltd. is a reputed Real Estate Company located in Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka, is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of Assistant Manager (Marketing & Sales)

• Capable to achieving Monthly Sales target.

• Set, monitor and report on team goals.

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing dept.

• Prepare and execute necessary trade marketing, promotions, offers and engagement activities to ensure product sales.

• Ensure qualified leads, call center actions & proper data management.

• Actively participate in the sales team to promote the program.

• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and analyze performance metrics.

• Daily market visit, potential client hunting & meeting with them.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
