Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate must have experience in a similar line of businesses, such as building construction material sales to both corporate and retail sectors in the market. Preferred experiences in (Construction Materials/Tiles/Hardware/Glass/ACP/Sanitary/ETC
∎ The candidate must be able to move around the city and work remotely to search and hunt for new clients and keep track of potential clients daily. The applicant should have a driving license for driving any vehicle.
∎ The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to convince clients professionally, acquire knowledge about the product, and have a good grasp of English and Bangla, both verbally and written.
∎ The candidate should effectively communicate with consultants, architects, clients, dealers, and retailers and pitch them about our products via phone, whether physical, email, etc.
∎ The candidate shall explore and develop sources for new potential clients and must desire to go for market surveys frequently.
∎ The candidate must be able to plan ahead of time and forecast sales, and must look for new expansions in the market.
∎ The candidate should be able to motivate others and keep other sales representatives motivated.
∎ The candidate should have the skill to work under pressure, and persistence is essential. Thus it is crucial to continuously visit and convince clients and be able to work independently, staying motivated.
∎ The Candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excell, and PowerPoint, and it's a bonus if they have experience in digital marketing. The candidate should be able to make BOQ offers and keep up with bills
∎ The candidate will be given a Month-to-month sales target, and they shall be financially rewarded once it is achieved.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English.
∎ Able to work in a team.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas (s): Direct selling, Marketing service company, Cement Industry, Chemical Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic, Aluminum etc. company are preferable.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Smart, Impressive, Dedicated, Self-motivated, Target oriented, Hard Worker, Dynamic.
∎ Good Presentation Skills.
∎ Computer knowledge must.
∎ Good mentality, physical fitness to travel all over the Bangladesh.
∎ Enthusiastic, Confident, Result Driven, Well Convincing capability.
∎ Ambitious to build-up corporate career.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 36000 (Monthly)
