• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG/Food Products sector.

• Experience in regional marketing management will be considered an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the South Region.

Job Location - South Region (Chattogram, Barisal, Khulna, and surrounding areas)

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the South Region.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities, and product launches.

• Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and field sales teams to ensure effective market coverage.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and new opportunities.

• Prepare marketing reports and present findings to senior management.

• Support sales team with marketing tools and training to achieve business targets.

• Ensure alignment of regional marketing activities with overall company objectives.
