∎ Navana Foods Ltd. is a concern of Navana Group incorporated in 2006. Navana Foods Ltd. started its business operation with the launch of internationally reputed gourmet coffee chain shop "Gloria Jean`s Coffees" in the year 2012 & later on in 2017 launched a bakery & pastry brand named "La Tarte"
∎ Report to: - Head of Operations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to plan and design strategy for maintaining brand position of Gloria Jean's Coffees & La Tarte according to brand standard.
∎ Responsible for designing and implementing required idea/tools of marketing as per the strategy to support the business.
∎ To take actions for brand promotion including advertising, promotion, web development, social networking, event organizing and like.
∎ Responsible to collect, develop and analyze information regarding competitors business of the same industry.
∎ Responsible to conduct thorough research on consumer's desires and consumption patterns.
∎ To determine necessary development of new foods or modifications to existing food products, along with adequate price and promotion details after studying the consumer and competitors.
∎ Ensure all the marketing activities are executed properly according to the marketing calendar
∎ To develop better relationship with media and corporate houses.
∎ Responsible to work with the operation team closely to understand the trend and analysis the data for better marketing plan.
∎ Ensure Corporate relationship to bring the corporate sales for existing brand.
∎ Implementing integrated marketing communication with the consideration of all aspects.
