Job Context:
∎ Navana Foods Ltd. is a concern of Navana Group going to insist its operation with the global brand popularly known as "Gloria Jeans Coffees" in 2012 & La Tarte Bakery & Pastry in 2017 as hospitality industry of Bangladesh.
∎ Report to: Head of Operations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up with the all maintenance issue and assign maintenance team accordingly.
∎ Follow-up maintenance team to carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
∎ Consult with the department head without fail to accomplish any pending maintenance issue that is hampering the operation
∎ Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance and operations of utility machines by maintain the Maintenances schedule and calendar.
∎ Plan & execute the preventive & predictive maintenance as per schedule and enforce them among maintenance staff.
∎ Evaluate & monitor the operation parameters and take immediate corrective action
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries.
∎ Responsible for suggesting the better low cost solution during the purchase of any equipment's
∎ Installation, Maintenance & repairing of all types of equipment's, electrical channel, lighting system and all other electrical work as necessary.
∎ Plan and oversee renovations and construction
∎ Prepares and keeps maintenance record.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ 2-4 Years Relevant Experience
∎ Knowledge of air conditioners and refrigeration units
∎ Proficiency with HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
∎ Skills in troubleshooting electrical equipment issues
∎ Understanding of engineering drawings and principles (AutoCAD & Others)
