∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Research and analyze market trends, demographics, customer insights and marketing best practices to form marketing strategies
∎ 2. Develop cost effective marketing plans and goals for the products and services to be promoted, maintaining the marketing budget and ensuring a return on investment
∎ 3. You will collaborate with your marketing team and creative teams to develop material used in marketing campaigns including advertising material, digital content and other promotional media
∎ 4. Evaluate and tweak marketing campaigns and strategies using collected data, and report findings to the executive team5. You will be communicating with media buyers, advertising agencies, media publishers and other third parties to execute marketing projects
∎ 6. You will be handling the company's public relations efforts and forming relationships with media outlets to maintain the company's image
∎ 7. You will be handling the company's social media presence and using customer feedback to address issues found in customer service
∎ 8. You will be coordinating and directing multiple channels of marketing strategies and testing new marketing opportunities
∎ 9. You will be monitoring and improving marketing insights including SEO to conduct analytics reporting and to optimize campaign development
∎ 10. Organize and oversee company presence at events including trade shows, festivals and conferences
∎ 11. Communicate and collaborate with superiors and stakeholders about marketing strategy and budgets
∎ 12. You will be working with internal and external teams to execute marketing campaigns from start to end
∎ 13. You will be hiring, training and managing marketing staff members that can include public relations and creative staff
∎ 14. Direct, plan, propose and coordinate marketing efforts to build brand awareness and improve company positioning
∎ 15.You will oversee current marketing strategies and develop new marketing strategies for new products and services
