Experience:

• At least 4 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing from reputable University.

• At least 4 years

• Age At most 45 years

• 4 + years at any stock Brokerage House for Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager

• 6 + years at any stock Brokerage House for Manager.

• Candidates should have experience in Share Brokerage/Security House, however, for candidates with extraordinary ability and ambition, experience may be waived.

• S/he should be dedicated to building long term career in capital market with challenge and passion as the guiding principle.

• Must have thorough knowledge about listed scripts in DSE and CSE

• Understand fundamental dynamics of the market and basic parameters of value of a stock

• Thorough knowledge about trading rules and related regulations in the capital market

• Ability to maintain and develop relations with people to deliver service and procure business

• Knowledge of rules and regulations of SEC and other regulatory bodies

• Attitude toward the compliance of both external and internal regulations

• Ability to procure new business

• Skills: Focused, analytical, quick-thinking, and able to communicate.

Job Responsibilities

• Comply and execute client order by following all trading rules, regulations of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL and other regulatory body (S)

• Must be friendly and courteous with clients.

• Closely monitoring client's margin exposure and providing necessary service to clients.

• Generating and achieving brokerage house targets.

• Analyze market trends to extend better service to the clients.

• Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target oriented and ability to work under pressure.

• Review client position on regular basis.

• Introducing and implementing effective marketing strategy to bring in new clients.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
