Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Build and manage overall sales plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the Sale Target.
∎ Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with Clients Responsible for contract negotiation with Clients.
∎ Coordinate with Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising events. Train the team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Manage the team to accomplish the Sales Target. Any other task assigned by the Management.

∎ Skills Required: Strong communication skills, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills, Strong Marketing and Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land and Apartment sales, land Sales
