Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred)

Diploma in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management

Professional certification in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics

Strong academic foundation with practical knowledge of marketing, business development, and C&F operation

• Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives for the C&F division, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and client acquisition.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high service satisfaction and retention.

• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, preparing detailed reports on client feedback, revenue, and market trends for senior management.

• Coordinate closely with the C&F operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client commitments.

• Supervise and mentor the marketing team, including executives and assistant managers, to ensure efficiency and accountability.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and competitive advantage.

• Prepare and oversee the creation of client proposals, quotations, presentations, and other marketing materials.

• Implement and maintain standards, processes, and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

• Drive innovative marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and strategic business development activities.
