∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributes to the development and implementation of the Sales Plan to support the Sales and Marketing strategy.
∎ Establishes sales policies, procedures, and selling and reporting guidelines to support the sales team in achieving the objectives, growing market share, and increasing revenues.
∎ Manages the sales cycle from the contacts stage to the post-closing stage for all sales to ensure all customer requirements are well understood and responded to taking into consideration the capabilities offered by the company.
∎ Delivers agreed revenue and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; Achieve the monthly KPI’s and support the team in achieving their KPI’s.
∎ Provides weekly and monthly reports, data, research and market intelligence to the COO – Group Freight Cluster highlighting business performance, competitive landscape and recommendations for increasing revenue.
∎ Reviews and tracks progress (self and team) against revenue and targets; analyses sales/ revenue reports; recommends and proposes changes to existing plans and operating budgets; implements approved changes.
∎ Coaches and supports the sales team members; motivating them to achieve sales targets and building strong brand equity.
∎ Proactively monitors and assesses competitor initiatives; takes tactical actions to counter, protect and build the company’s position.
∎ Works closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure client/ contractual needs and expectations are communicated to achieve positive results.
∎ Develops teamwork, demonstrating shared goals and values. Provide leadership guidance and support to all staff in the area. Enables the team to ensure staff is recruited, trained, and motivated; develops appropriate succession plans.
∎ Proactively works with the Finance Department to ensure all payments (self and team) are collected within the agreed timelines as per the credit terms the customer has with the company.
∎ Ensures all customer visits, opportunities, and any other customer information (by self and team) are updated into the Opportunity Log sheet/ Systems in line with the requirements and expectations.
∎ Any other related duties/projects assigned by the Line Manager from time to time to meet the business needs as and when required.

∎ Age 30 to 42 years
