Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Institutions.
Candidates having experience in life insurance bancassurance operations will get preference.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of bancassurance business operations and sales management.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions.
Coordinate with bank branches to promote life insurance products and business growth.
Arrange training, motivation, and product awareness sessions for bank officials.
Monitor daily business performance and prepare regular MIS/reporting for management.
Support product campaigns, customer engagement, and policy servicing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, IDRA regulations, and bancassurance guidelines.
Identify new bancassurance opportunities and contribute to strategic business expansion.
Resolve operational and service-related issues with partner banks efficiently.
