Responsibilities & Context:
∎ *Plan and execute periodic audits of sales accounts, operations, and related financial activities.
∎ *Formulate policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
∎ *Identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement.
∎ *Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to keep processes current and compliant.
∎ *Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
∎ *Review and analyze sales reports, revenue trends, and profitability metrics to identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities.
∎ *Develop and maintain effective relationships with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment in financial processes.
∎ *Support senior management in decision-making by providing detailed financial analysis and reports.
∎ *Train and mentor team members to ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
