Job Context:
∎ The international sales representative responsibilities include increasing company`s outsourcing business in International market. He should be experienced in IT sector. The incumbent`s performance will be measured based on his / her actual achievement against annual target. The incumbent plays a very vital role in maintaining the financial gains of the company and also extends its business to various parts of the world. This position may require International travel, depending on the opportunity.
∎ He/she makes sure that the organization he/she is representing is known to as many people as possible, all across the world, so that the business of the same can be enhanced. The international sales representative works in a variety of commercial enterprises and comprehends each and every aspect of the company`s commodities and services. He/she gives a live demo of the kinds and usability of the products and services to the foreign clients and makes them understand about ways and means of using the same.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The international sales/ Client Relationship management representative has the following key job responsibilities:
∎ Builds global outsourcing business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with international clients.
∎ Develop cross-channel (e.g.: email, push, in-app, SEO, display, video, storytelling, potential customer engagement and content marketing) plans to achieve business targets; execute & measure success to report business impact.
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Build a deep understanding of offshore customer base to identify core customer insights to drive effective audience segmentation, targeting, & communications planning for international market.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
∎ Selling the products and services to the clients of the company and convincing them about their usability and advantages.
∎ Searching for opportunities that enhance the sales and benefit the clients. Providing outstanding and special services to the international clients.
∎ Standing in lieu of his/her nation and trying to impress the foreign clients.
∎ Maintaining the interactions with the active foreign clients and identifying new clients as well as new business possibilities.
∎ Planning and strategizing meetings with the prospective clients in order to adjust the products with the changes in their lives.
∎ Converting the meetings with the international clients into suitable sales opportunities and generating revenues from the same.
∎ Thus, the international sales representative responsibilities include meeting international clients and searching for suitable sales trade opportunities within the company and from the clients abroad.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have at least 5 years of working experience in International/Offshoring Sales Team of IT related well reputed and customer centric organization.
∎ 3 years of proven experience in working on offshore developments / outsourcing in international market.
∎ Having experience in B2B sales in computer software or ITES industry will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Must be fluent in spoken English with excellent writing skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills at all levels of potential customer representatives with the ability to present complex data, influence others, and build relationships.
∎ Must be a team player along with the ability to work independently.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate with clients and providing suitable solution to their queries.
∎ Digital marketing knowledge and experience including SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Digital product sales etc.
∎ Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, MS office etc.).
∎ Proven track record of managing sales team successfully.
∎ Multitasking capabilities with active participation in different extra-curricular activities.
∎ Ability to work with team members to achieve quarterly and yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Experience in managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques.
