Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure that all the business processes within company are risk-management compliant. The operating process includes assessing certain areas for compliance with relevant laws and evaluating how effective this department has been at implementing its controls into practices.
∎ Policy assurance: Policies which are approved by competent authorities are being complied.
∎ Prepare Audit plan, SOP and implementation across the group accordingly.
∎ Contribution in good governance across the group.
∎ Review organizational policy to achieve value for money and the prevention and detection of fraud and corruption.
∎ Provide advice on proposed developments such as major new systems and proposed initiatives to help ensure risks are properly identified and evaluated and appropriate controls.
∎ Plan and conduct audit to assess internal control in operation, analyzing existing controls and recommends controlling in specific organization systems.
∎ Identify instances of over and under control and provide management with a clear articulation of residual risks.
∎ Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
∎ Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans consultation with the management
∎ Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process.
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
∎ Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
∎ Knowledge of Applicable Laws, Rules, Regulations and/or Policies and Procedures.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities relevant to audit as per instruction by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be well conversant with Auditing and Accounting standards adopted in Bangladesh and should have excellent communication skills and writing reports to Effectively to Management.
∎ Having a high level of experience/knowledge of auditing different business functions.
∎ Should be familiar with global best practices.
∎ Knowledge of Tax/VAT legislation and other regulations affecting businesses like Companies Act, SEC regulations, etc.
∎ Excellent mathematical, analytical skills, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must be skilled in planning, productivity, and workload management.
∎ Working experience in Audit in any renowned Textile, Garments company.
∎ Work place will be Dhaka Corporate Office and willing to visit company's various factories in various places/ travel within the country.
∎ Should have advanced knowledge on MS office & ERP software.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
