Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire a talented PHP and Python developer to manage our back-end services and ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users. As a PHP developer, you will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic. You will also be required to maintain the central database and respond to requests from front-end developers.
∎ To ensure success as a developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming, understanding of MVC designs, and working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3. Ultimately, a top-level PHP Developer can design and build efficient PHP modules while seamlessly integrating front-end technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting analysis of website and application requirements.
∎ Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP and Python modules.
∎ Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
∎ Troubleshooting application and code issues.
∎ Integrating data storage solutions.
∎ Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
∎ Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
∎ Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
∎ Responding to integration requests from front-end developers.
∎ Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications.
∎ Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.
∎ Also experience in HRMS, ERP and CRM development with large functionality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Laravel and CodeIgniter.
∎ Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML5.
∎ Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
∎ Knowledge of Python frameworks like Django, Flask, Kivy etc.
∎ Previous experience creating scalable applications.
∎ Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
∎ Proficient with code versioning tools including Git and SVN. Ci/CD automation knowledge.
∎ BNDA framework knowledge, scrum development method knowledge.
∎ Micro service-related knowledge.
∎ Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
∎ Ability to project management.
∎ API and Middleware development knowledge.
∎ Good problem-solving skills.
∎ Programming language - PHP, Python and .NET core but need to have more focus on new learning and implement it live in the production environment.
∎ Need to be productive, fast learner and responsible.
