Experience:

• 8 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• Age 32 to 40 years
• Only Male

• At least 8-10 years (Acrylic based experience preferable)

Key Skills :

• Proven successfully experience as a dyeing & spinning Asst. Manager based on Acrylic Yarn.
• Well conversant in computer.
• Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
• Should have knowledge in Social, Technical Audit.
• Able to work independently and proactively.
• Strong leadership and team management skill.

• Responsible for following the overall quality of the raw yarn & dyed yarn.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for spinning & dyeing.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Establish and monitor quality control measures throughout the yarn production processes.
• Implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure sustainability of product quality as per customer requirement to assure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up inline, online, final quality check and raw material inspection activities & work processes.
• Follow up the daily raised issues/ findings from Quality Auditor (QA) & escalate with the production team for the solution.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements related to yarn production & quality management.
• Investigate & analyze all internal and external customer complaints.
• Inspection record keeping and all types of quality data analysis.
• Work closely with customer service and sales teams to understand customer expectations and quality requirements.
• Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to management, highlight key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness within the organization.
• Identify potential risks to product quality and work to mitigate them.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the reliability and consistency of yarn quality & production processes.
• Provide daily inspection and customer complaints summaries to the management.
• Work on any system failure and Implementation Issues.
• Document Need to Maintained :
• 1. Hourly, Daily, Monthly Production Report.
• 2. Spinning Manpower, Machine, Material Planning Report.
• 3. Compliance Related Report.
• 4. Production related others Report as when required.
• Any other assignment given by the Management.
