Job Responsibilities:
∎ Based on garment sketches or samples, analyze the garment, work out the Operations Breakdown and provide the targeted CMT to the Costing department.
∎ Ensure the style is developed is made in consideration of optimization, cost reduction.
∎ Lead the Industrial Engineering teams
∎ Provide coaching and ensure teams engagement.
∎ Plan and direct all aspects of industrial engineering activities with the factory.
∎ Implement and sustain the effective works methods and systems at the factories to improve productivity levels and facilitate production processes.
∎ Consider best practices and latest technology.
∎ Advise on guides / templates / jigs that can be used to improve efficiency.
∎ Plan 'Quick Change Over' layout & analyze performance accuracy of the same prior to releasing it to production flow.
∎ Participate in meetings and share technical related issues raised by factory I.Es.
∎ Monitor relevant production parameters and take actions to ensure a smooth flow of production.
∎ Set up a monitoring process to ensure performance improvement.
∎ Study factory production capacity and efficiency.
∎ Study the production process and assessment efficiency of the operator.
∎ Provide the opportunity to achieve maximum results with minimum effort.
∎ Help and motivate operators to achieve daily production target.
∎ Calculate thread consumption.
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should be practitioner on GSD/PMTS
∎ The applicants must have experience in IE Costing.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be proactive and result oriented.
