Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or a related field.

• 4 to 6 years

• 4-6 years of experience in in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in leading and mentoring a design team is a plus.

• Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their growth and development.

• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest design techniques and technologies.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

• Conduct client presentations and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
